Units About 12,000 (in addition, 300 were sold in Mexico) Description This recall involves All Power portable gasoline generators with model numbers APGG6000 and APGG7500. The black and red generators have a black fuel tank on top of the units. Model APGG6000 generators are rated at 6,000 watts and have UPC code 8 4676600055 3 and serial number JD29014S18035 through JD29014U020742. Model APGG7500 generators are rated at 7,500 watts and have UPC code 8 4676600056 0 and serial number JD42014S16027 through JD42014T210606. The model number is located on both sides of the unit. The UPC code and serial number can be found on a silver plate on the upper right hand-side of the back side panel. Incidents/Injuries The firm has received 21 reports of fuel leakage. No injuries or property damage have been reported. Remedy Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled generators and contact J.D. North America to schedule a free replacement fuel tank, including installation. Units About 104,000 in the U.S. (in addition, 8,500 were sold in Canada) Description This recall involves Cree LED T8 Replacement Lamps, including lamps that were provided as free replacements for a previous recall in June 2015 and new lamps sold since the recall. These lamps are used indoors to replace traditional two-pin T8 fluorescent tubes. The white lamps have a cylindrical shape and measure 48 inches long. “Cree,” “BT848 Series Lamp,” the product number and a four-digit date code are printed on the lamp or on a white label affixed to the lamp.



Flushmate Expands Recall of Flushmate III Pressure-Assisted Flushing Systems Due to Impact and Laceration Hazards

Units About 453,000 in the U.S. (in addition, about 12,000 in Canada) (The Series 503 Flushmate III was previously recalled January 2014 and June 2012.) Description This recall is for Series 503 Flushmate III Pressure Assist flushing systems installed inside toilet tanks that were manufactured from July 2009 through April 2011. The units are rectangular, black, two-piece vessels made of injection molded plastic. Previously recalled systems were manufactured from October 1997 through June 2009. Recalled units have a date code/serial number that is 16 characters long and is located on the label on the top of the Flushmate III. The first six numerals of the serial number are the date code. The date code range for units included in this recall in MMDDYY format is 070109 (July 1, 2009) through 043011 (April 30, 2011). The date code range for previously recalled systems in MMDDYY format was 101497 (October 14, 1997) through 063009 (June 30, 2009). Units included in this recall were sold individually and installed in toilets manufactured by American Standard, Copperfit, Crane, Ecotech, Eljer, Gerber, Kohler, Lamosa, Mancesa, Mansfield, Orion, St. Thomas, Universal Rundle, Vitra, Vitromex, Vortens and Western Pottery. Incidents/Injuries Flushmate has received two reports of the units included in this recall bursting, resulting in property damage, including one report of a minor injury. Remedy Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Flushmate III systems, turn off the water supply to the units, flush the toilet to release the internal pressure and contact the firm to request a free repair kit. Sold at Home Depot and Lowe’s stores, toilet manufacturers, distributors and plumbing contractors nationwide from 2009 through 2011 for about $108 for the units without toilets. Units About 2,700 Description This recall involves brown metal floor lamps with alabaster glass shades. They are illuminated with a single 100-watt light bulb and measure about 70 to 72 inches tall. The model numbers LMP4229, LMP4168 and LMP10771 can be found on the label at the bottom of the lamps. Incidents/Injuries Home Source has received three reports of the lamp’s sockets burning and smoking. No injuries have been reported. Remedy Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled floor lamps and contact Home Source for information on returning the lamps for a full refund. Southwire Recalls Voltage Detectors Due to Shock and Burn Hazards

Units About 1.2 million (in addition, 3,640 were sold in Canada) Description This recall involves Southwire non-contact voltage detectors with model numbers 40110N and 40120N. Voltage detectors alert users to the presence of electric current running through electrical wires. The recalled voltage detectors are cylindrical shaped, about six inches long and about two inches in circumference. They are brownish gold in color with a black center insert. “Southwire,” the model number and the CE and UL listing symbols are printed on the voltage detectors. They have red LED lights to indicate the presence of live electric current. Model 40110N detects voltage from 100 to 1,000 VAC. Model 40120N detects voltage from 24 to 1,000 VAC. Incidents/Injuries Southwire is aware of one report of an incident of a false reading by the voltage detector. The consumer received an electrical shock and fell off a ladder. Remedy Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled voltage detectors and contact Southwire for instructions on returning them for a free replacement voltage detector. Sold at Lowe’s and other home and hardware stores nationwide and online at lowes.com and other websites from June 2013 through February 2016 for about $15.
