Use manufacturers website to find reputable contractors

Dear Glenn: I moved into the area and have a Goodman furnace. I need a reputable, factory-certified repair technician to do the maintenance for me each year. I also want a company that will be able to do warranty work if it is ever needed. Thank you for your help in this matter.

Dear Sharon: The easiest way to find a certified Goodman contractor is to go to their website, www.goodmanmfg.com. On the top left hand corner of the home page, there is a place to type in your ZIP code. The site will then give you a list of contractors in your area.
