Family-owned company can take care of insulation issues

Dear Glenn: Seven years ago we had our house remodeled, adding a second floor. The insulation job by the original contractor was poor. The heating and cooling bills were horrendous. Through arbitration we received a settlement and contracted with another insulation company to make necessary fixes. This company added blown-in cellulose insulation that has since settled and our heating and AC bills are again soaring. In March we hired a licensed energy auditor who said the biggest problem with our heat loss is that neither prior contractor sealed the envelope. He provided pictures of the areas and also said there are large gaps between fiberglass rolls and some soffit vents were missing or not functional. The good news is that our two high-efficiency gas furnaces and two A/C compressors are in good working order. I need your recommendation of insulation contractors who service my area that are reputable and experienced in correcting someone else's oversights.
